Waist circumference

The waist circumference measurement is the circumference of your waist below your ribcage.

To measure your waist circumference, wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, or wherever your skin folds when you bend sideways, making sure to keep it horizontal.

The waist measurement is usually above the navel.
