These were made back in 2024 - and are so successful they've been in near-constant rotation and I quite forgot to share them here! I used the Tristan block, tinkeref with to make the crotch shape I know works for me, and with the legs cut straight down for that vintage look. I also introduced darts into the back pattern piece by merging it with the Penelope skirt. They're made out of a cotton casual shirting type of fabric, lightweight but firm. They close with a snap fastener placket on the left side. Very pleasant and breathable to wear in the summer, a nice additional layer in winter. Through wear and tear I found out the pattern I ended up with probably needs a tad more additional length in the crotch - but that might be just down to the caveats of measuring that on yourself. Next ones will be improved! Overall I'm very, very satisfied with them.
