'A high-angle shot of the second octopus plushie resting on a yellow cushion. The red ribbed fabric of its head and tentacles is prominent. It features distinctive yellow stitched facial features: two round eyes and a wide, grinning mouth. One tentacle is curled to the side, revealing a glimpse of the light-colored lining underneath.'

This one has some thicker tentacles, as well as a little bit more #sashiko to spice it up. The face is notably different, too. I think I like the embroidered face more, but this one has a certain manic charm.

'A close-up view of the underside of one octopus plushie, showing the central point where eight tentacles meet. Each tentacle features a unique fabric lining, including grey waffle knit, brown houndstooth, grey felt with a white stitched flower, yellow corduroy, blue denim, and tan fabric with a stitched constellation pattern. The stitching at the center is visible in blue thread.'
The underside, showing some custom sashiko. The black-gold fabric was upside down. Whoops.

'A top-down view of two handmade octopus plushies lying side-by-side on a yellow textured surface. Both are made from a deep red, ribbed fabric. The octopus on the left has a simple white stitched smile and tiny dot eyes, with its tentacles showing various colorful patterned linings like blue denim and floral prints. The octopus on the right has larger, yellow stitched eyes and a wide, rectangular yellow stitched mouth.'
Next to its older sibling.
